I just wanted to try to give some peace of mind to anyone who may have loved this dog. My daughter found him living in a very bad situation in Warsaw (I believe) and gave him to me. He has such a sweet nature and was obviously vetted as he is neutered and his tail was cropped. He is very loved now. I just know if he left my life for any reason I would want to know he was in a good place.
