Enjoy the event one of two ways: STAY & PLAY--Check-in early and sleep in late with your King room reservation for the night of Feb. 13 at The Collegiate. Reserve your private table for two on the CoHo porch and enjoy a guided tour of four wines with local sommelier Josh Nagel from Alabama Crown who will also suggest the best food pairings from our custom charcuterie tray featuring a wide array of sweet and savory treats. Cost: $230 for Saturday room stay and tasting for two JUST PLAY--Reserve your time for a private table for two on the CoHo porch and enjoy a guided tour of four wines with local sommelier Josh Nagel from Alabama Crown who will also suggest the best food pairings from our custom charcuterie tray featuring a wide array of sweet and savory treats. Cost: $60 per couple for tasting only To provide ample social distancing, The Collegiate is offering 3 seating times 5:15, 6:30; 7:45. For those interested in tasting tickets only, you can review seating times on the ticket page and purchase your preferred time as noted on the ticket. For those purchasing rooms, you will be contacted to select your preferred tasting time. The tasting will last ~1 hour. After the tasting, guests are welcome to enjoy drinks in the lobby or rooftop bar (weather permitting).
