Looking for Music Practice Space

Odd request- Hey local peeps (Salem/Eugene)- I am looking for a quiet office space/shed/heated garage type of space- it can be very small even- to pay for most likely hourly (Though a bulk rate say for like 3 or 4 hours a couple times a month is best) or daily to do work in in this next new year- I most likely will only need it one day a week or so, maybe a couple times a week max with potential to rent it out possibly later on more/most days of the week/month. I can also barter services that may be more valuable to you than cash- I do business consulting and have a variety of other skillsets and other things that may bring you more value than paying you an hourly rate but either way works. Anywhere between salem and Eugene- including Albany or Independence works. The main key is I just need quiet and a window and some power source of some sort- hopefully not near yard workers or a highway or anything like that. No wifi needed.
