MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Winning the annual Mountain Brook Schools District Spelling Bee is an honor that has long been held in high esteem in Mountain Brook, and this year's winner has the distinction of winning the title twice. Mountain Brook Elementary School sixth grader Sally Moore won the event this year, a feat she also accomplished as a fourth grade student. Sally will go on to represent Mountain Brook Schools in the Jefferson County competition later this year.
