During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jean has taken his amazing Saturday class that usually meets in Cambridge to an even larger audience by putting it online via Zoom! Class begins with a cardio warm-up, and then goes through movements in several different rhythms from Haitian Folklore. Be ready to sweat!
