Found Shepard? Doberman? Mix? Injured dog!

I noticed this injured dog in our neighborhood after New Years. He was terrified of everyone and wouldn’t let anyone near him. I worked for two weeks and finally got a leash on him this morning. He settled right down and to me he’s obviously a very sweet inside dog, he’s somebody’s baby! He’s laying next to me in my bed with a full belly, sleeping right now. I’m going to need some help getting him in to see a vet to check his injured leg... it doesn’t look good.
