Found German Shepard mix? 183 and I-35

I noticed this injured dog in our neighborhood after New Years... he was terrified... it took me two weeks to get a leash on him. He has a light blue collar and he’s a sweet dog and obviously an inside dog... so he’s somebody’s baby. He looks like a German Shepard Doberman mix maybe. He needs to see a vet for his injured leg.
