Hello I am a health care worker looking for someone to babysit my 3 year old 1-3 days a week. I live in Center Line and work in Rochester Hills and am open to a babysitter anywhere in between. I am looking for a SAHM or Retiree as I am not able to pay daycare rates. I would like to negotiate a daily rate. I do work an early morning schedule so I would need to drop off my son at 4am on the days that I work. I am looking for someone who understands the difficulties of being a working mom and is willing to become more like extended family than just hired help. I would prefer for childcare to take place in your home as I have 3 teens doing virtual learning at home during the week. I don’t need any help on weekends. My son is 3 potty trained and full of energy. He has been the easiest of my 4 sons so far. He is very content playing with toys, talking and singing with his caregiver. I will proved all food, toys, pull ups for nap time etc.
