Participants will engage in an interactive workshop that invites them to consider and become more aware of their own biases.
Join us to hear Dr. Jordan West, Ph.D., as she discusses “Making the Unconscious, Conscious.” As part of this workshop, attendees will consider and become more aware of their own biases. Attendees will be provided the opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect the learning from the workshop to their experiences in the workplace and beyond. All participants will receive tools on how to continue self-work related to minimizing/eliminating personal biases and progress forward with conscious decision making.
