There's a dog (with a collar but no tag) roaming the flight line and I've been feeding her the last few days. She looks like maybe she's had puppies recently. She'll eat from my hand but will not let me catch her. She'll also take food and run away then come back a few minutes later and do it again so I think she's feeding her puppies or something.
