Vaccination for Phase 1b, Tier 1 (Residents 70+ ONLY) & Phase 1a --- FIRST DOSE ONLY PLEASE NOTE: Signing up for a user account on Eventbrite DOES NOT sign you up for a ticket. You must come back to the site when tickets are available on Friday, Jan. 15 at 9:00 a.m. ***Please read this information carefully. It will also appear on the ticket sent to your email address.*** Please note: Proof of age and address in Lewis and Clark County required for vaccination (see below)--- Due to supply, vaccines are limited. If you do not secure a ticket, please be patient, there will be other clinics and opportunities --- Phase 1b includes a very large number of eligible individuals, and because current weekly local vaccine allocation is limited, the county will continue to roll out Phase 1b vaccination eligibility by tiered priority within the population. More details on those clinics will be released later, as well as any changes. Please note you are reserving a time through this website - you must show up at the time you select ONLY. --- Individuals who show up late for their reserved time may not receive a vaccination.This COVID-19 vaccination clinic is ONLY available as a FIRST DOSE for individuals in Phase 1b, Tier 1 residents of Lewis and Clark County aged 70+, and those individuals eligible in Phase 1a. Persons aged 16-69 with risk conditions DO NOT qualify for the clinics next week. All priority populations subject to change. As you complete the checkout process, you will have the option to choose a time slot for your appointment. You may only arrive at the time you choose. Not all times may be available. You must come back to the site when tickets are available tomorrow. This is a limited, timed-ticketed event. Due to vaccine supply, tickets are limited to 450 per event day. When tickets for this date are exhausted, no more tickets will be available. YOUR RESERVED TIME IS LISTED ON YOUR TICKET - We strive for efficiency, but your wait time may exceed one hour, please be prepared. - TICKETS CANNOT BE TRANSFERED TO DIFFERENT TIMES OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be many opportunities and clinics in the future as we receive more vaccine. Vaccination is provided at NO COST to you. ALL TICKETS THROUGH THIS SYSTEM ARE FREE. Do not lose your ticket. *** This vaccination clinic is restricted to residents of Lewis and Clark County, MT, aged 70+. Proof of name and Lewis and Clark County address is required (see below).*** Verification procedures: Individuals will be required to show their Eventbrite confirmation page, or ticket to this event, at the gate. This can be printed or electronic. Anyone who does not have the confirmation page/ticket will be turned away and forfeit their vaccination time. All individuals utilizing this ticketing system will be required to affirm they meet the criteria for Phase 1b, Tier 1 or Phase 1a eligibility. To better serve the community and efficiently distribute vaccination, Individuals must secure a free, timed ticket to either event and provide a photo ID for proof of age showing an address in Lewis and Clark county. If the photo ID provided does not have an address, such as a US Passport, individuals can present a utility bill, phone bill, or another document with a Lewis and Clark County address. Any altered ticket will not be accepted. Individuals previously covered in Phase 1a are eligible for this clinic. Those in Phase 1a MUST secure a time through this system. Phase 1a individuals must bring proof of employment and photo ID. Proof of healthcare industry employment, such as a professional license or name badge from a facility or healthcare employer in Lewis and Clark, Jefferson or Broadwater county. In lieu of a professional license or badge, employees can provide a photo ID and a letter from their employer on company letterhead, which must include: The company's name, address and phone number; must specify the employee's positon, must be a healthcare employer in Lewis and Clark, Broadwater or Jefferson county.
