Press release from the City of Golden Valley: January 13, 2021 To raise awareness and spark dialogue about the impacts of inequitable access to a clean, healthy environment and environmental amenities, the Golden Valley Environmental Commission (EC) and Human Rights Commission (HRC) are hosting the virtual event "Climate Change in Minnesota: Implications and Disparate Impacts" Jan 28, 6:30–7:30 pm. Climatologist Dr Mark Seeley will present on the negative impact climate change has on different communities and open the floor for a Q & A. The event will be broadcast on television and online for those wanting to watch, and a recording will be available for one week following the event.
