David Bracy, managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s Michigan Avenue office, is pleased to announce that the Hughes Group has joined the firm and will be working out of 980 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 700. Gregg Hughes, founder of the Hughes Group, is joined by Lynford “Pauly” Cruickshank. The Hughes Group’s was previously with Baird & Warner. Gregg’s real estate career spans 25 years and includes commercial as well as residential experience. He is thorough, a trained negotiator, and has held sales and management positions with Fortune 100 companies. Joining Gregg is Pauly, a broker with extensive knowledge of neighborhoods and the market. Together, they will be an outstanding addition to our office. In his free time, Hughes enjoys competitive sports including hockey and racquetball, and has also completed several marathons. Hughes and his wife have two adult children in the area, one married with an eight-month-old daughter, and two beautiful dogs. They lived in the South Loop for 12 years and have recently relocated to Elmhurst to be closer to family. Cruickshank was born in Jamaica and raised in California. He attended Indiana University and moved to Chicago shortly thereafter. A decade later, he considers Chicago home and has gained valuable insight into many communities by experiencing them first-hand. He recognizes the importance of helping clients find just the right property and enjoys guiding them through what he knows for many is the single most important purchase of their lives.
