Description

My name is Charmayne and I'm a recent graduate of City Teams House of Grace located in San Jose, California. I am what you would call "a new believer" and it was actually not long ago that I made a conscious decision to walk with God. I am a single mother who is facing extreme financial hardships as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to schools being shut down back in March, I was employed full-time as a restaurant manager but had to quickly transition into being a full-time homeschool teacher to my 7 year old son who is now in the second grade, forcing me to leave my job behind. When he's not in class, I struggle every day with instilling in him faith, not fear but it is becoming more and more difficult during these times. My car payment is overdue and my insurance policy is on the verge of being canceled. I've fallen behind on rent and my landlord is being less than civil about it. The eviction moratorium expires at the end of January so I guess you could say that I'm beyond scared. I've already been given notice to pay or quit and I only have 2 weeks to come up with $1500 to avoid being evicted. I'm not fortunate enough to have family members or friends that are in a position to help me financially so I really don't know what to do at this point besides humble myself before complete strangers in hopes that just a few people might find it in their hearts to help out a single mother and her son. I’m beyond desperate so here I am asking you for help, asking you for a donation. Big or small, anything would help. If after reading this and thinking it over, you make the decision to reach out to me with a desire to help, you can do so via PayPal and venmo. I can be reached at (408)544-9143 to arrange alternate methods. https://www.paypal.me/charmmt88 Venmo@charmmt i hope to hear from you soon Sincerely, Charmayne
