Michigan Tribe provides events and funding for female entrepreneurs and women business owners in the Jackson, Michigan area. Meet us out for an evening of shopping and connecting with fellow lady-entrepreneurs! We miss connecting with our community in-person, so we've asked a handful of businesses to come together and provide a social distance + facemask friendly evening in Downtown Jackson (yay)! You can shop around with various vendors located inside Beads to Live By and Coterie Jackson, and chat with entrepreneurs and business owners while you're browsing. This event is FREE to attend, but you must register based on arrival time so we can limit the number of people indoors at one time (thanks for understanding!). Starting at Beads to Live By? MiTribe is a collection of female/non-binary entrepreneurs in the Jackson, MI area who are committed to lifting each other up along the path of business ownership. We're willing to dream big dreams, do hard work, and support those behind AND ahead of us. Our events are a place to be yourself, so don't show up to "network" in the traditional sense. We don't expect you to come with a one minute elevator pitch and we aren't the group to come to if you're just looking for new clients. FAQs Do I have to be a female entrepreneur to attend? No! All are welcome, but we are using this as an opportunity to shop AND connect with our MiTribe community, so it's best suited for those who own (or are interested in owning) a business. Do I need a ticket, or can I just show up? You MUST have a ticket to attend this event. Although tickets are FREE, we're asking attendees to register so we can limit the number of people and stay COVID safe. Are masks required? YES. No exceptions. Do I have to buy something from the vendors? It is not required that you purchase from the vendors, but we do encourage it!
