Account Manager
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our panel appraisersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of appraisal products according to customer needsClearly communicate expectations to clients and appraisersCollaborate with team members to establish effective strategiesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to assist a portfolio of assigned clients through the appraisal management process. Account Managers answer client queries, monitor assignments to ensure timelines are met and provide exceptional communication to ensure the best client experience. Ideally, candidate for this role will be ambitious individual, with attention to details and exceptional communication skills.
