They join more than 40 real estate colleagues at Classified in serving home buyers and sellers in communities throughout Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, and southern New Hampshire Independently owned and operated, Classified, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, continues to attract and retain agents – many have been with the company for eight years or more. “I’m always delighted to welcome knowledgeable, professional, and passionate agents to our team. New agent bios: Erin Carey of Wakefield - A successful career in the restaurant industry led Erin from her New Jersey roots to Vermont, Arizona, Washington State, Maine, Florida, and finally to her “beloved” Boston, where she and her family have set down roots in Wakefield. Her passion for real estate stems from a desire to connect with and help people. Erin’s ability to think ahead, anticipate issues, and offer creative solutions is driven by her high standard of service. The customer relations and business skills she gained throughout her career transfer to the real estate sector and are an asset to home buyers and sellers. Plus, Erin offers anyone relocating to the Greater Boston area first-hand experience and insight into moving to the region from out of state. Karen Halloran of Stoneham - Karen has been a REALTOR since 2007, pursuing her real estate license while working in senior care management. As a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), she is particularly skilled in helping home buyers in the region. She is currently working toward a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, a natural progression from her background in senior care. Karen’s originally from Arlington. She raised her three children in North Reading, where they attended North Reading schools. Today, she lives in Stoneham and is an active member of the Danvers Rotary Club and various North Shore Chamber of Commerce associations. Karen is a UMass Boston graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and marketing. In addition to her CBR and SRES real estate designations, she is also a certified dementia care practitioner. John “Seamus” Kennedy of Reading - John thrives on the experience of working closely with clients and alleviating what can often be a stressful experience. His passion for real estate began during his home renovation and remodeling project – an experience that underscored the importance of the details – and informs how he approaches working with clients today. He is unwavering in his commitment to helping his clients achieve their goals in their home search or sale process. A graduate of Assumption University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, John lives in Reading with his wife and son. As a new father, he can’t think of a better place to raise a family. He embraces everything the northeast offers. In his free time, you’ll find him spending time with friends and family, skiing during the winter months, playing golf, and enjoying the beauty of the Cape during the summer. Kara Sennott of Tewksbury - Kara has a passion for real estate and the art and science behind buying and selling properties. She’s experienced in implementing design details for building and renovation projects, working alongside her husband, who’s a contractor. Her keen sense for identifying real estate that is both solidly constructed and aesthetically pleasing is invaluable to her clients. She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations and values their trust, giving her undivided attention and commitment whether they’re selling or buying a home. A native of Massachusetts, Kara received her bachelor’s degree in business from Salem State University. She lives in Tewksbury with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Olivia.
