Hello Dallas! Join CRISP & GREEN and Corepower Yoga for a free outdoor yoga sculpt event to celebrate our new Dallas flagship location! When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine body weight with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. All participants will get C&G smoothie samples after class!
