MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 11, Victoria Rose Fernino, of Milford, purchased a Red Hot Riches ticket from the Forbes Premium Fuel store in East Haven and won $10,000.
