MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 12, Avi Vipulbhai Gandhi, of Milford, purchased a Winter Winnings ticket from the Food Fare store in Milford and won $25,000.
