Cooking with your Dutch oven!
The Dutch oven is an essential for every kitchen! It's heavy and thick enough to conduct and retain heat, and deep enough to handle large cuts of meat. We know the Dutch oven is idea for braises, stews, and chilis but it can do so much more. In this semi hands on class Chef Cynthia will share with us meals that can be prepared in the same pot making prep time and clean up so much quicker. Menu to include Chicken Risotto, Cheesy Pasta and Sausage, and no knead bread. $55/person. No refunds or credit if cancelled within 48 hours of event.

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance.
