Enhance your technique for using the TN Parenting Plan as a tool for inspiring useful dialogue in shared parenting matters. This 3-hour session for attorneys, mediators and other professionals who interact with divorcing and never-married parents relative to mediation and the concepts of shared parenting in Tennessee. Participants will review divorce is TN with children and learn skillful application of the parenting plan regarding development and implementation of the parenting plan, reality-testing and future modification.   Attend in-person or remotely.
