PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for the Galaxy Market on Broadway Avenue in Stowe. A recent inspection found employees not wearing protective masks. The majority of customers were not wearing masks. There was no signage on the front door requiring masks. Additionally, there is no hand wash sink available. Employees wash their hands in the mop sink. Employees have not been temperature checked prior to their shift. The market remains open.
