Join us for a socially distanced anniversary celebration, and/or pick up preordered beers to go! PLEASE RESERVE AND CHECKOUT YOUR TIMESLOT PRIOR TO PURCHASING YOUR FLIGHT(S) TO ENSURE YOU DON'T MISS OUT ON YOUR PREFERRED SESSION! If you are only planning on picking up preordered Can Release beers, DO NOT RESERVE A TIMESLOT and see Can Release info below! IN-PERSON EVENT Event reservations must be made in advance in Eventbrite. There will be three event sessions on Saturday, January 23rd: 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm and 6pm-9pm. Reservations will be available for groups of 2, 4, 6, and 8-10. If you know you will be coming with others, please designate a table captain to reserve one of the larger group options so we can be sure to seat you together. For example, if you are reserving for a group of 6, the table captain will enter their name as the buyer and the names of the 5 others in the group in the required question box when making the reservation. We are unable to accommodate groups larger than 10 due to Covid guidelines. We will then follow up with the table captain after to confirm the submitted information. A specific seating area will be assigned. A desired seat is not guaranteed. There is no cost to make a reservation. Please make a reservation for one session only to allow as many guests to attend. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ENTRY WITHOUT A RESERVATION and duplicate reservations will be canceled. If you made a reservation and can no longer attend the event, please let us know ASAP. In order to maximize seating, we may open up more reservations after the initial release, once we know what we still have available. If you are a party of 1, 3, 5 or 7, please reserve for the next size up (2, 4, 6 or 8-10) and let us know in the attendee field that you don't need the extra spot. Due to the pandemic and the nature of the guidelines and restrictions in place, we are at very limited capacity and changes to reservations made after reserving (ie. guest size, time slot, etc.) are not guaranteed and therefore may need to be canceled if we are unable to accommodate. If a desired ticket option is sold out, please look to a new session or email [email protected] to join the waitlist to be alerted if a spot opens up. FLIGHTS We strongly recommend reserving and finishing your "purchase" for your preferred time slot FIRST and then come back to preorder your flights. The beer will be here, but we can't promise your time slot will be, due to our limited capacity. There will be only two pre-selected flight options available all day – a Specialty Tapping flight, and an Anniversary Beer flight. The Specialty Tapping beers (in previous anniversaries referred as the "timed tappings") can only be purchased in this flight, not as individual pours, and limited to one per person. We prefer you preorder your flights in Eventbrite to minimize contact and standing in extra lines day of, and to guarantee your flights will be reserved for you. Each session will have the same beers available. If you preordered a flight and can no longer attend the event, we will issue refunds up until Wednesday, January 20th. SAFETY It is paramount that that we continue to adhere to the safety and sanitary guidelines that have already been in place. If you are feeling at all unwell, we ask that you please stay home. Masks must be worn when not seated, and guests must remain seated in assigned seats unless getting up to order drinks/food, picking up food, or walking to the restroom. Please respect our staff and other patrons by adhering to the latest sanitary and social distancing guidelines of the CDC and the Ohio Department of Health. CAN RELEASE Cans will be available for preorder in Oznr like usual week of the release: https://masthead.oznr.com/. You do not need to attend this event to preorder release beers. If you are only preordering beer and not attending the in-person event, do not reserve a spot in Eventbrite. Anyone who preorders release beers in Oznr can begin to pick them up outside by our front patio on Saturday, January 23rd from 9am-7pm and we will have them available for pickup through Saturday, January 30th.
