UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The New York Police Department is looking for help finding a 47-year-old woman who disappeared from her Upper West Side apartment in December. Elena Baksht was last seen around midnight on Tuesday, Dec. 15, in her Upper West Side home at 35 West 64th Street, according to police. She is 5 feet five inches tall and 105 pounds, police said.
