Join coaches as we walk athlete through the Clean and Jerk and most its common pieces athletes have error. Join us as we review the Clean and Jerk. We will work on everything from setups to the drop under the bar for the Jerk. The athletes attending will work through multiple position throughout the clinic ensuring movement patterns are memorized and understood. Coaches will go into great detail with attendees giving them the greatest chance to memorize the movements ready to leave the clinic and be successful. All levels of athlete are welcome but athletes are encouraged to have a basic understanding of the Clean and Jerk at its basic level. Athlete will be expected to follow the gyms current covid guidelines.
