Sky - missing/taken

Our dog Sky went missing on Dec. 8. We believe someone picked him up. He is black/white, tan eyebrows and some on paws. He is neutered/microchipped. Was last wearing a green collar. Please if you have him, send him home. Please. Only have this pic of him at about 6mts old.
