Make + Take Herbal tea – Yoga Mindful Movement
Join Naturopathic Doctor, Mikayla Kremer, ND as she teaches you about ways you can increase the movement of the different systems of your body (lymphatic, circulatory, digestive, nervous, etc). She will provide an overview of how you can incorporate dry brushing, sauna/bath, journaling and herbs to increase movement in your body. Participants will make their own tea blend of herbs that increase circulatory and lymphatic systems to keep you warm this winter.
Then join Felicita Holzman RYT 500, Owner, Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist at Blue Luna Yoga & Wellness as she guides you through a yoga session focused on movements that aid your lymphatic system. Participants are asked to bring your own yoga mat.
To ensure proper distancing, class is limited to 12 people.
