30min High intensity interval training, for all fitness levels, with low impact options. It will be fast, so we can go for brunch!
We will meet at Central Park, Upper West Side at the entrance at Central Park West and 85th Street at 1pm sharp. It will be probably cold, so don't be late! The entrance is very close by 86th St Train Station (trains B and C).
We will be working out by Arthur Ross Pinetum. It is a 5min walk from the train station.
Right after we are going for brunch! I'm debating between The Viand, or Good Enough to Eat. These are places at Columbus Ave, and 85th Street (Upper West Side).
