Northville First Care, a ministry of First United Methodist Church of Northville, is seeking a motivated, experienced director at its licensed child care center. Responsibilities: Oversees day-to-day administration of facilities, staff, program development, parent communication, and licensing regulations. Qualifications: Program director qualifications as outlined by Michigan Licensing Rules for Child Care Centers, with preference given to a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or a child related field.Three to five years of work experience as a director of a licensed child care facility.Excellent communication, organization, time management, computer, and multitasking skills.A deep love of children and families, and a desire to work within a church community. This is a full-time salaried position. The pay and benefits are excellent including health insurance, vision, dental, retirement, paid holidays, and vacation.
