Description
The winter season has had a negative effect on donations to Grace Centers of Hope Thrift Stores and the Pontiac-based nonprofit is making an appeal to metro Detroit residents to donate gently-used clothing and household items to one of its four retail locations.
Grace Centers of Hope Thrift Stores accept a wide variety of items, including gently-used clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories, furniture, furnishings, kitchenware, outdoor garden necessities, toys and appliances. Items should be in good, workable, and saleable conditions. For a complete list of accepted and non-accepted items, visit www.gracecentersofhope.org. All donated items are tax deductible.
Donations can be dropped off at Grace Centers of Hope Thrift Stores from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. To schedule a large donation pick-up from your home, call (855) 435-7424.
