A Report Of Threats. Upon Arrival, Officers Spoke With Two Juvenile Males Who Stated They Were Harassed By Five Other Juvenile Males. One Of The Juvenile Suspects Brandished A Knife. They Were Described As Wearing All Black And Riding Blue Bikes.
