We are excited to celebrate another wonderful year of learning and enjoy a free family movie night with our Swift Water community! Please join us at the Tom Taylor YMCA on Saturday, June 3rd, to watch Big Hero 6 with your classmates and friends! The YMCA has generously opened its doors allowing us to host this event after hours and we ask that all families represent Swift Water's core school values of being Kind, Safe, and Responsible as well as adhere to the YMCA’s values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Here are a few important details about the event: Check-in begins at 6:30pm and ends at 7pm. YMCA members can scan their membership card upon entry, non YMCA members will be asked to fill out a waiver. We encourage you to bring your blanket, pillow, and stuffed animal to set up a picnic style seating area for your group. The movie starts promptly at 7:30pm. Please reserve the exact number of tickets that your party needs and one movie snack pack per child so we are sure to make enough. Each student will receive an allergy friendly snack pack and raffle ticket for some awesome giveaways! If you choose to bring in additional food items for your group we ask that you DO NOT include sugary drinks or messy snacks (soda, juice, ice cream, popsicles...) in order to keep the YMCA's gym clean for the following day's activities. For the safety of all our guests, we ask that parents accompany children to the restroom and not allow them to walk around unattended. This is a Family Event so student drop off is prohibited.
