gather social is an experiment that gather is putting on regularly. these are themed socials, ticketed only, and a way to meet people in the community while having fun. gather social no. 10 'The Honest Dating One' is our take on a speed dating event! This event is in two parts: Part One; the Date (2 hrs.) Dress up, smell nice, and show up to an evening of love!... maybe. Our goal is to provide you with a fun and engaging evening, where you can get to know your potential matches on a deeper level. Our guided prompts and activities are designed to foster meaningful conversations and create lasting connections, all within the cozy atmosphere of our café and the surrounding area. Here are a few activities you can expect from this portion of the event: Collaborative Artmaking: What will you and your date create in a short stretch of time? Use the provided materials and prompts to create a shared artwork! Silent Date: Put on the noise-canceling headphones and share space together without words. Focus on each other's body language and nonverbal cues. and more!!! Part Two; the Social (2 hrs.) What better way to unwind after an evening of dating than with a dance party and karaoke! This is your chance to reconnect with some of the people you spent time with dating earlier in a more low key setting. What does your ticket include? Drinks, bites, and supplies for the secret activities. Just bring the best version of yourself and leave the rest to us! What to Expect: When you arrive, you'll be greeted by your host and directed to the start of the evening. This Socials dress code is strictly semi-formal or smart casual. Dress nice!
