Invite your friends for a celebration of self care and helping others! Enjoy a 45 minute, all levels outdoor yoga class in the green space at The Foundry, led by Resilient Soul Yoga. You will also receive a free class pass to enjoy another class at the studio, and a $20 gift voucher toward a hair service at Studio Be Salon. Your financial donation supports the important work of Alternatives to Violence. Or, choose to bring an in kind donation to the class of something on their wish list Loveland based Alternatives to Violence provides shelter, advocacy, education and resources for people impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for use, courtesy of Resilient Soul Yoga.
