Owner and winemaker of Midnight Cellars, Rich Hartenberger, joins forces with Chef Eric Marvin of The Barn to present a beautifully crafted 4-course menu, inspired by a unique selection of Midnight Cellars’ Paso Robles wines. Guests will be greeted with a special welcome wine paired with light hors d’ouvres on the patio, followed by a leisurely gastronomic stroll through impeccably paired appetizer, second course, entree, and dessert courses - with Rich and Chef Eric guiding along the way.
