Depression and anxiety can affect anyone...and maybe you're feeling the effects of it right now.. or you know a loved one who is struggling... First Springfield Seventh Day Adventist Church wants to help. We invite you to a class that will help you improve brain function and learn how to live a healthier life. This free, 8-week class also covers areas like loss, grief, addiction, and lifestyle. It starts in June, but you can find out more by attending an introductory class on May 22nd at 7 PM and the 23rd at 7PM.
