ATTENTION INTERESTED VENDORS A major IPPS-A software release (called R3) was completed in January 2023, providing military human resources (HR) capabilities and bringing the total U.S. Army force into a single authoritative system. This software release serves as the IPPS-A production baseline and is in the capability-support phase. The IPPS-A Increment II office has undergone a reorganization and is split into the Future Capabilities Office and Capability Support Office. The Army plans to acquire the following capability support services and future capabilities via at least three new competitive procurements: Capability Support services to include maintenance of the deployed IPPS-A production baseline (applications and infrastructure), product backlog, DevSecOps pipeline, HR enhancements and capability integration of new functionality acquired via other procurementsArmy military payrollAdditional HR capabilities as prioritized by the government (e.g., archive, audit, talent and strength management, sponsorship, user security/audit trail) with the potential for multiple procurements (e.g., separate contracts for each or combination of similar functionality) Topics that will be covered during IPPS-A Industry Day include: Program-level notional scheduleRequirements overviewSystem overviewContract overviewWHO SHOULD ATTEND?
