We use that heat to deeply stretch, and we end with a relaxing meditation. Jeneen Piccuirro teaches a gentle, traditional, chakra based hatha yoga class. Her focus is on deep release and relaxation and she favors poses that benefit the nervous system to promote inner calm. Becky Super teaches a Vinyasa style class that welcomes new and experienced students to find balance both on and off the mat. I like a faster paced class, but I know the importance of slowing down to find relaxation and meditation too. Barb Mink earned her 200-hr yoga teacher (RYT) certification in 2018 in the vinyasa format. She’s been practicing for 20* Years and has attended numerous workshops and yoga retreats.
