Train Like An Athlete
The St. James Performance Club employs athletic training, conditioning, and recovery methodologies to help you reach peak performance and achieve sustainable results.
Join us each Tuesday (until September 26) for a community Build, Burn, and Recover, group training experience.
These weekly community pop-up classes will be held outdoors in the Reston Town Center Pavilion and is weather dependent.
Members, non-members, and all fitness levels ages 12+ are welcome.
Remember to bring water.
