Join Julieta in a free family friendly Zumba class during the Latino Arts Festival! Get your Sunday started right with movement and music! Note that this class will be outdoors on the Festival lawn. We encourage you to swear athletic shoes, suncreen, a hat, and water. All abilities welcome. ¡Súmate a Julieta en una clase de Zumba gratuita para toda la familia durante el Festival de Arte Latino! Para todas las habilidades. // CLASS LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Zumba dance class ("the Class") at the Latino Arts Festival, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: I understand that participation in the Zumba dance class involves physical exertion and the risk of injury. I am aware that any form of exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, and cardiovascular complications. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Zumba dance class and assume all risks associated with my participation, including any and all injuries that may occur as a result of my participation. I understand and acknowledge that the instructor, the Arts Council, and Canyons Village (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Released Parties") are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the Class. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, suits, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Zumba dance class. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings during the Class. I agree to be solely responsible for my personal belongings and any loss or damage that may occur. I certify that I am physically fit and have no known medical condition that would prevent my participation in the Zumba dance class. If I have any concerns about my health or physical condition, I agree to consult with a medical professional before participating in the Class. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor during the Zumba dance class. I will not engage in any activity that exceeds my personal limitations or puts myself or others at risk of harm. By registering for this free class, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Liability Waiver and Release Statement and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
