Meditation Mount will be participating in the 1st annual Mental Wellness Festival of Ventura County, on Saturday, June 3rd. Join our Group Creative Meditation to generate and transmit blessings to a world in need. We will be gathering in the large grassy area at the Ventura Harbor Village at 10:00 am, the meditation will begin at 10:15 am. Turning Point Foundation, a Local non-profit is the organizer of this unique event. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for adults experiencing serious mental illness, addiction, lack of housing, and inadequate physical health care. They do this through providing health navigation services, rehabilitation, wellness & recovery programs, as well as temporary, transitional, and permanent supported housing in Ventura County. Come out to support this event and its participants. Learn more, view unique art & garden exhibits, shop, relax your mind and enjoy a beautiful day at the Harbor. The Mental Wellness Festival is free to attend and all Meditations and classes are offered by donation. Limited space is available please register ahead of time.
