We're excited to offer again a special brewery dinner featuring a multinational WarPigs plus Indiana local, 3 Floyds Brewing. We'll have a specially formed 5 course meal that is paired with 5 beers mixed from both breweries.
Tickets are required and will act as your RVSP. Seating begins at 6:00pm with dinner starting at 6:30pm.

Coconut-Lime Pork Kebab: Coconut milk, lime, and sriracha marinated pork shoulder skewered and grilled, served on a leaf of fresh Romaine lettuce. Garnished with roasted peanuts, cucumber, and scallions.

Quick-Pickled Rhubarb Salad: Pickled rhubarb, with celery, and thinly sliced fennel tossed in rhubarb-infused vinegar. Finished with a drizzle of olive oil.

Portuguese Mussels: Mussels steamed in a tomato and garlic sauce with honey and white wine.
Paired with Mango Foeder Fiend (Sour Ale) - 3 Floyds
Sea Island Chicken: Korean Barbeque-inspired grilled chicken leg quarter served with hot sauce and a side of Southern-style greens.

Honey-Mango Semifreddo Cup: A personal, cupcake-sized semifreddo made with mango preserves, cardamom, and turmeric. Topped with fresh mango and local honey.
