After the closing of the restaurant, he continued pursuing his love for craft beer by working to perfect his home-brew beer recipes. His passion and dedication to craft brought him to create the DeadBeach concept. With time, DeadBeach was able to purchase a 7bbl brewhouse and three fermentation tanks from Jaxon’s, this is the base brewhouse for the current DeadBeach Brewery location. DeadBeach officially opened on November 1st, 2015. Several years later, and with the help of his brewing team, Gabriel has created and produced hundreds of brews for the community to enjoy. The flavors of the borderland are boldly represented in each brew. Some fan favorites include: the Abuela Stout, an 8.9% Imperial chocolate stout brewed with Mexican chocolate, TOMA!- a DeadBeach spin on a traditional red beer, made with roasted chiles and specialty seasonings and many more.
