With prime gardening season almost upon us, community gardeners and home gardeners are getting excited to finish planting summer crops. To help give gardeners of all experience levels a great start, join us to learn about the basics of gardening. Join Matthew Scoggins, Community Garden Coordinator, for a hands-on workshop about planting and gardening fundamentals. We welcome gardeners of all experience levels to come learn some creative ways to start your summer growing season well. You will have an opportunity to plant seeds that you can take home. We will also talk about community gardens and will be available for community gardening questions or programmatic requests. When: May 31, 2023 from 2:00 pm -3:30pm Where: Carver School Road Library, 4915 Lansing Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Registration is highly encouraged but not required.
