We'll try to keep groups together as much as possible, and preferred roommates can be stated upon registration. We cannot guarantee your preferred roommate. Limited to the first 60 registrants. Semi-Private Group Lodge Accommodation - $140 - 3 days, 2 nights in cabin-style individual lodges just a short walk from the main lodge. Lodges have bunk beds and a shared bathroom. We'll try to keep groups together as much as possible, and preferred roommates can be stated upon registration. We cannot guarantee your preferred roommate. Limited to 26 registrants. 1 Night Pass - $99 - 2 days, 1 night available for either a Tuesday or Wednesday night stay. Lodging for 1 night and meals for 2 days included. Your lodging will either be in the main lodge or cabin lodges, depending on space and availability. Limited to 20 for Tuesday night and 20 for Wednesday night. Day Pass - $45 - Available for either Tuesday or Wednesday, or both days can be purchased if you're local and do not wish to opt-in for lodging. Day passes do include meals. Limited to 30. Important additional informationPlease note that Carson Springs does not have the ability to accommodate walk-in overnight stays. If you're planning to arrive on Monday November 6th, please make your own accommodations in the town of Newport. Some options have been linked below for your convenience. Please do not arrive at Carson Springs on the 6th and ask for a room for the night.
