Have a new pizza oven and feeling intimidated? Or, are you a pizza fanatic curious about making your own pizzas at home? West Glow Barn is excited to host our new Artisan pizza making class! Kassia Fiedor (Infused Holistic Kitchen) and Kevin Hastings have perfected their pizza game and are here to teach you their tips & tricks for creating spectacular homemade pizza. Come away feeling empowered and confident to use your pizza oven and make perfect pizzas every time. You can expect to learn about the process of making your own pizza dough, along with Kassia and Kevin's secret sauce recipe. You'll top your own pizza with your favorite toppings from the Farm's organic garden. You'll bake your pizzas while sipping on thoughtfully selected Italian wines from Harvest Wine Market.
