Meet at Believe Plaza at 5:30pm (across from Reno City Hall) Description: A downtown walk with the City of Reno and the Downtown Reno Partnership is an excellent opportunity to learn about the new and upcoming changes planned for Downtown Reno. The Virginia Street Placemaking Study is one of the primary focuses of the tour, as it will guide the development of Virginia Street between the University of Nevada, Reno and Midtown. During the walk, the group will hear about new facade and visual improvement programs that aim to revitalize Downtown Reno's storefronts and buildings. Throughout the walk, the city of Reno and Downtown Reno Partnership representatives will be available to answer questions and provide insights into the ongoing development and revitalization efforts in Downtown Reno.
