LACROSSE ASSOCIATION OF KANSAS CITY - 2022 YOUTH TOURNAMENT DATES Saturday May 20-Sunday May 21, 2023 LOCATION Central Bank Sporting Park 9101 N Line Creek Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64154 Fields #6, #8, #10COST TO ATTEND $10/FAMILY FOR WEEKENDGENERAL INFORMATION NOTE: canopies/tents are NOT allowed inside the entire field complex.Restrooms will be available and concessions.In the event of inclement weather, the tournament schedules may need to be modified in short notice.TOURNAMENT INFORMATION Bracket schedules will be posted and shared once seeding in finalized.Team listed on top in the bracket will be the HOME Team.LAKC will have volunteers working the score table and managing balls on the end lines.Teams are advised to warmup/stretch in open areas at the complex prior to their games.Minimal/if any warmup time will be allowed on the field prior to the start of the game.Each game will consist of two, 20-minute halves with a running clock. The clock will only stop in the last 2 minutes of each game if the goal differential is two goals or fewer.Halftime will be 5 minutes.There are no timeouts during Day 1 Divisional Bracket play. Each time will have two timeouts per half in the Championship Game.Tie games, other than the championship games, will be resolved using “Braveheart”. Ties in the Championship games will be decided by first score win in 4-minute running clockOT periods and if the game is still tied after the overtime period, the game will be decided using “Braveheart”.Braveheart will consist of a field player and a goalie.
