Description

Whether fierce or gentle, terrible to behold, all powerful, Residing in the sky, on earth or in the vastness of space, May those Yoginis always be well-disposed towards me. — Kularnava Tantra “ ‘I am not, neither does another exist; energies alone exist.’ If he meditates on that thought, that place of repose, that true nature, even for a moment, then, having become a skytraveler, he will enter the company of yoginis.” — Tantraloka ‘One who meditates on them becomes immediately equal to them.’ -- Kaulajnananirnaya Yoginis — wild and sometimes mischevious manifestations of the divine feminine or Shakti — are associated in tantrik traditions with creativity, bliss, and untamed awareness. They are muses of art, dance, and music; revealers of yoga, mantra, and tantra; and radiant embodiments of non-dual consciousness. Using contemporary approaches to ancient tantrik and yogic practices, this workshop will explore the immersive, meditative spaces of the Yoginis. We will learn their attributes and explore ways to invoke and engage with their dynamic energies for spiritual growth and yogic attainments. During the workshop, participants will experience Yoginis through a series of meditations and exercises that can be integrated into daily life. Emphasis will be placed on utilizing the senses, nature, and the natural bliss of being in the present moment. In addition to cultivating awe, wonder, and creativity in everyday life, the workshop will encourage participants to remain open to any spontaneous or synchronistic experiences that may arise. Ample space will be provided for group discussion and integration. Gregory Peters is a researcher and explorer of nondual tantra, consciousness, and the convergence of Eastern and Western spiritual practices. He is initiated in Hindu, Buddhist, and Western tantrik lines, and is a senior adept in various esoteric traditions. Through his work, he delves into the mystical and energetic dimensions of human experience, drawing from his experience with tantra, dream yoga, and esotericism to explore the awe and wonder of embodied experience. Spiros Antonopoulos is an American yogi, tantrika, magician, psychonaut (you might have seen him in *DMT: The Spirit Molecule* ). He posts at: https://spacecraftyoga.substack.com/
